the breakfast was freshly cooked and generous with good coffee, paying attention to little details. the staff were extremely helpful, very good services. the hotel was in the central setting away from the tourist centre.

Spent here 6 great days and would return anytime. Everything was well, maintained here. the rooms were great, sized and the American breakfast was quick. It was a convenient location close to a Sydney Thai restaurant, the night bazaar, Saturday or Sunday market and the Temples, Zoo and other attractions. I enjoyed my 6, day stay at Viangbua Mansion and would definitely come back. the place was well taken care of, and the rooms were spacious. the American breakfast was served promptly. the location was convenient, being near a Thai restaurant, night bazaar, weekend markets, temples.

Rooms are confortable, clean, with all the facilities we can expect in this range of hotel, and even more. The area is quiet and the building not noisy. The hotel is not very convenient if somebody needs to visit the city, but for me the location was ideal because close to my business area.

I used this hotel for the second time; this time I noticed a slight deterioration of the friendness of some staff

altogether it was great value though. 1 mile to wat chiang man. excellent for one night. room was good sized, it was enough for me.

This place is located in a quiet area, very close to a western-style supermarket, a great restaurant, Spirit House, and Saturday night market.

The hotel staff were exceptional, from the front of house to the cleaners. In-house restaurant was very good and very cheap. Lastly, although slighty further out of the centre of Chiangmai, it was easy to get around due to regular public transport being cheaply available.

Fresh and new vibes everywhere, plus having your own bathroom is a huge plus. Everything was spot on, but some staff were just okay. 🌟.

It's friendly and helpful, clean and reasonably priced. I never stay anywhere else in Chiang Mai. It's a half hour walk from the tourist area, and while it's easy to get a taxi into town, it's more difficult getting one back, and tuk tuk drivers won't move for less than 60Baht. A minor problem! There's the Accor Merkur ten minutes walk away if you want a classy drink, and the TOPs supermarket next to the Merkur is superb for fruit, salads, croissants, pastries and toiletries i would strongly recommend it.

I couldn't get any answer for my emails to the hotel. I've sent them several messages with questions and didn't get any answer. Nevertheless they did their job very well.

Viangbua Mansion is a well-maintained and gorgeous hotel. Our brand-new twin room was flawless and had a nice sofa. the property is located in a peaceful area near several restaurants. the staff was very attentive and competent. We would love to come back here sometime.
